- Do I need any experience?
- No. The Introduction workshop is made for first-timers. Every tool and ingredient is provided.
- Where are the workshops?
- Most public sessions are at The Timber Space in Kuala Lumpur. The exact venue is on each date and in your confirmation email.
- Can I reschedule?
- Yes, free of charge up to 72 hours before your session. Reply to your confirmation email and we'll move you.
- What's the refund policy?
- Cancel more than 72 hours before for a full refund. Inside 72 hours we can't refund, but you can send a friend in your place.
- How do I pay?
- By card, FPX or GrabPay online, or by DuitNow / bank transfer. Transfers hold your seat for 24 hours while we confirm.
- The session is full — what now?
- Join the waitlist on the booking page. If a seat opens we'll email you right away.
- Do you run private or team sessions?
- Yes — see the For Teams page and send us an enquiry.

- We use your details only to manage your booking and, if you agree, to tell you about new sessions, in line with Malaysia's PDPA.
